All technicians are expected to take calls daily until 3:30 and on every Monday until all back up calls are completed. Which means if a call comes in at 3:29 and everyone else is on a call you will be expected to take it. We will do our best not to give you calls that come in after 3:30 Tuesday through Friday, however on Monday each technician will be expected to take calls until they are caught up regardless of the time or who is listed as the on-call technicians. If you are unable, for any reason to cover your assigned on call dates you will be responsible for finding someone to cover for you and you must let the office know 72 hours in advance of any changes so that they may notify the answering service of the changes.
